how hard is it compared to the us gov? can you self study and still get like a 4 or 5? is it even a good idea to self study for it?</p>
<p>There are people who s-s'ed and got 5's .. I took the class and got an easy 4. It's not a hard test, you just have to come prepared, knowing the countriest front and back.</p>
<p>It would be a /very/ good idea knowing recent (5-20 years) news and events of each of the countries, since they seem to always ask that.</p>
<p>I self studied Comp Gov last year and got an easy 5. Just read Ethel Woods study guide 2 weeks before the exam ~3 times and easy 5. It helps if you like international politics and stuff though.</p>
