Hello world! I have a lot of time on my hands and much more than a passing interest in accounting. I've been learning the basic concepts, and would like to move up a step. Can any of you suggest a college-level textbook that I can study off of? I don't necessarily need lectures in order to understand difficult material, so a good, in depth, technical learning tool would be just the kind of thing I'm looking for. So far I have the book Intermediate Accounting by Kieso in mind. I know this post is really open-ended, but right now I am just trying to get information together to form a basic idea of what I'll need to do, lacking anybody else to consult with. Thank you very much for your assistance.
