Self-Studying Physics C w/ Regular Physics?

Ok, here's the story. I was placed in regular Physics because my debate class didn't make. The trouble is, I can already tell it's going to be easy as hell. And easy classes make my GPA lower because I don't pay attention. So how hard would it be to self-study Physics C with regular physics and honors Precal? Honest opinions, please.

No, physics c involves calculus, and without a teacher, I don't think it would very easy, if possible at all. You can study physics b on your own though, that's what I'm doing.

Well, if it helps physics C has the same teacher. And he refuses to teach Physics B because he says universities don't grant enough credit for it or something.

Unless you're amazing at math and can learn calculus by yourself, it's not worth it. I have a friend who's attempting it and it's not going well.

Yeah top universities don't really give credit for Physics B.

at my school its one of the most difficult classes. for somebody who doesn't know calculus it would be even harder because you need to know integration and derivatives from the beginning.

That's hard. That's super hard. Calculus and Physics is hard enough WITH teachers.

with precal and regular physics it would be retarded.....my friend is taking it this year and it's supposed to be harder than multivariable cal
