I live in canada, and we dont offer AP courses. we do the opportunity to write the exams though.

this year, im going to be taking the bio exam. im using biology by campbell/reese 7th edition. is it reasonable to expect that ill be able to self-teach everything i need to know to get a 5 on the exam in about 5 months or less?

if the subject of biology is not totally new to u, i.e. u have some knowledge about bio, then it would be possible to study for the AP exam in less than 5 months. I've done it in about 1.5-2 months, so it's definitely possible. I'd use more than 1 prep book, though.

i take ap bio and our annual score average for ap bio students is 4.5/5

and we use the campbell/reese books (this year 7th edition)

so yea, u have a great book, so if u put yur mind to it, a 5 isnt out of yur reach

The book is great, if you can manage to read all of it by the AP Test.
I suggest reading the CliffsAP Book or the Princeton Review.

okay thanks.
biology isnt totally new to me, but the biology ive learned at school is a joke (i pretty much have self-taught myself some bio, not alot though, so ill really have to work hard to learn this all)
