Hey guys, I’m planning on applying to Tufts ED. While I am so excited and would be lucky to get in, I feel that I could go to a school that is more “prestigious”. I know this thinking is silly, and prestige shouldn’t matter, but it does play a bit on my mind.
Could people comment things that are great about Tufts that will make me excited to hopefully go and maybe reasons it is better than schools like Cornell, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, etc.

You’ve got it all backwards, you need to sell Tufts on you! Google Tufts Syndrome. Somebody planning on applying ED should not need to be sold on anything.
Sorry, why exactly are you applying ED to Tufts if you need us to sell you on it? Tufts has a 14% acceptance rate. That’s pretty darn prestigious. You need to rethink your priorities and your strategy.
ETA: Yesterday you said you were applying ED to Tufts or Amherst. Stop with prestige hunting. Choose the school you want to attend above all others, and figure out how to show them you belong there.
@Lindagaf Yeah you are right. I think I am too caught up in the prestige thing. I was just looking for more reasons to want to apply Early Decision so I can make a clear and final decision.
Don’t apply ED to Tufts if you don’t want to go to Tufts!!! Simple as that.
