Selling my SAT books (not sketchy, please read on!)

Um so my parents were SAT-obsessed and consequently enrolled me in the Kaplan SAT course, which cost $899. The company shipped me several books as a part of the package:

1-a lesson book for the course (outlines EVERYTHING taught in all 12 lessons, includes practice problems)
2-SAT Math book (if you know this book front-to-back, you'll get an 800 on the Math section. it has EVERYTHING that can be tested, but it doesn't have really hard stuff that definitely won't show up. I went through this book briefly and got a 740 on my Math. I came home and looked up the concepts that I had been unsure of on the test and, sure enough, they were all in the book.)
3-Vocab/essay-writing book (this helped soo much...I got a 12 on every essay that I wrote- practice, and on the real thing- thanks to a certain "trick" that this course teaches you. Also, I got an 800 W/750 CR on the SAT, if that matters to you.)

Seriously, I could have just used these 3 books, skipped the classes entirely, and still gotten the same result. What the instructor did during class was go through the lesson book page-by-page while working out the practice problems out loud.
I got a 2290 on my first try, and I'm going to my first-choice school this fall. I lent the set to my best friend (who had only prepped for the ACT and decided to take the SATs on a whim), who studied them for 2 weekends and got roughly a 2150 (I don't remember the exact number).
I have no use whatsoever for these books now, so I'm willing to sell them for a reasonable price. I totally understand why people are hesitant to buy from someone they don't even know. I know that people will still doubt me no matter how many times I assert that I am not a sketchball, and that I would NEVER take your money without sending the materials. So, see for yourself. I've been on these boards for almost 2 years, feel free to take a look at my other posts. Shoot me a private message any time; we can also talk on Facebook/AIM. I'm willing to send you the books before you pay, if that makes you more comfortable- but I'll have to make sure that I can rely on you to pay eventually. How? We'll figure it out.
If you have any questions about the actual books, please post them on this thread so that other people can see them as well. The books don't have to be sold as a set.

Costs:
$35 for the lesson book (aka the course)
$15 each for the other two
$60 for the set ($849 less than what my parents paid for me to learn the material)

I look forward to hearing from you- btw, these are going on a first-come, first-serve basis.

nice story to hear

Don't post unless you have something relevant to ask/say, thanks.

Are you sure you got that high of a score on math? jk

but ur math is wrong. Its $839 less than what your parents paid

What is the essay trick btw?

ill give SAT online prep free..

Agh, my bad. :) I actually changed the price at the last minute in an edit and must have forgotten to change that number.
