Have exams week after we come back... sucks... =/

We have midterms (or finals if it's a semester long course) after break every year. They're three weeks after break this year, sometimes they're a bit sooner. You don't study over break. You review when you go back to school. I like Regents week (yes, I live in NY, so that's what midterms and final weeks are called) because you only have to go in when you've got a test. This year, I'm pretty sure I only have 1, and it's at the very beginning of the week (it's English though, so I have to go in 2 days). Oh, and what makes it even better? The weekend before Regents week is a 3 day weekend because of MLK Day, and the weekend after is also a long one because we have a superintendent's conference day...So, after the English Regents on the Tuesday and Wednesday, I have 5 days off.

My high school does this as well (I'm a freshman in college). It didn't really mean anything to me because I didn't study until I got back, but I hated having homework over the break =(. That's one thing I like about college--semester ends before Christmas break.

It doesn't matter to me, cause my HARD finals all took place before break. Woo AP classes?

My AP Bio class has that, I have a giant exam (10 chapters) on Jan. 3. Around 200+ pgs. to read. Good thing we have a study guide book too.

I think midterms start on the week of Jan 21st. But intro and AP compsci midterms are on the week of Jan 14th.

We have exams two weeks after we get back from winter break

We have math finals before winter break and everything else at the end of January. I never study over break. No one does.

i've trimester system...so, yea..I'm in the 2nd Tri..w/ exams on late Feb...
