Semester spent vs Class standing

I will be a Sophomore next semester (2nd semester in college) and a Junior my 3rd semester here just based on my credit hours. So, how will that work out during transfer admissions? When I apply this year, I would be applying as a sophomore. All my classes will be 200 and 300 level next semester. Would my high school records still be scrutinized as heavily? Does that mean I will also enter in as a Junior? Because I am on a slippery slope; at this current rate, I would be a class or two away from Senior standing my 4th semester. That would be when I apply for a second round if this year flops. By then I would probably be ineligible right? So, this year is my only chance at transferring?

And yes, all my classes are in good shape. They are all B+ or A.

Most schools will not consider your high school record if you have 2 semester of full-time college grades on your transcript.
