<p>I recently took the physics subject test in January. I already got 800's in Chem, USH, and Math 2 subject tests in June 2011. But I took this one because it said the physics subject test is "strongly recommended" on the Penn engineering admissions page.</p>
<p>So say I get like a 750-770 on the physics subject test. Is it worth it to send it to Penn or will it hurt me a little because it's not an 800?</p>

<p>I would still send it. It is one of the harder subject tests, and if it’s supplemental it shouldn’t hurt.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure Penn requires that you send all your tests. Why would a 750 hurt you? If you ask me, anything above a 700 is great for subject tests.</p>

<p>Not to worry, anything above 700 is a good score. There was an applicant that was admitted to Penn Engineering with Physics subject test of 570 to engineering.

<p>Not sure if he is serious either. Anything above 700 is considered good. Anything below 600 would be considered bad.</p>
<p>It’s sad to see so many people thinking that GPAs and test scores are the major way to get into Penn. It’s not that easy, and there are people who get perfect SATs who are rejected from some schools.</p>
<p>Extracurriculars matter a lot more to Penn than most Ivies. Princeton could care less if you’ve played sports for example.</p>
