send ACT or SAT score

I scored a 33 on the ACT test which I was happy with.

However, I was disappointed with my SAT test results:
CR: 720
M: 670
W: 650 (on the PSAT I scored an 80 which I thought was comparable to and 800 on the multiple choice portion of the writing section. On this SAT I scored a 63 on same section. Does this make sense?)

I am applying to WashU, Brown, Emory, Yale and Princeton.
I am top of my class and take the most challenging course load (APs). Unweighted my GPA is 4.6

All of the schools I am applying to will accept the ACT with writing (I haven't received the written score back yet) instead of SAT I.
However, Princeton requires SAT IIs, and the other schools recommend them. Therefore, they will see my SAT I scores if I send the SAT IIs.
I am considering not sending SAT IIs, but my GC and the colleges told me not to worry about the SAT, since they will use my highest score - the ACT, and to just send everything.
Do you think this is true? I feel my application will look stronger with just the ACT score of 33.

Also, what do you think my chances are of getting in these schools?
I have several ECs and am president of some clubs.
Thanks

Selective colleges may say they will use the highest scores; and indeed they may give them the most weight. But if they're looking for ANY excuse to turn someone down over another application, it would only be human nature to look over ALL the scores and take all of them into consideration. Same with a C+ or two back in the early years of HS. Maybe not that important in the overall picture if grades are high in the upperclass years, but when you're looking for some reason to differentiate . . .

There probably wouldn't be much point to send your SAT, IMO. Your ACT is a lot stronger, there's not really any comparison between it and your SAT.
