Send ACT, SAT, or both?

I will be applying to schools including Dartmouth, UPenn, and Columbia this upcoming year.

I received a 2250 (740 W, 730 R, 780 M) on the SAT and 34 (36 E, 32 R, 31 S, 36 M) on the ACT.

So my question is whether I should send either the SAT or the ACT, or alternatively both. I feel like my ACT score is more competitive, but I'm hesitant because of my low sub scores on the reading and science sections. Could anyone give me their opinion on the matter? I'm grateful for the help.

I think you have to send all your scores so both ACT and SAT will need to be sent:
Penn Admissions: Required Tests ([Penn Admissions: Required Tests](http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/applying/testing.php))

Penn requires all testing history.
