send ACT, SAT, or both?

I'm applying to pretty competitive schools such as Penn (Wharton) and I'm applying with an interest in economics/math/maybe some sciences

My ACT score is really good but my SAT score doesn't really support it. But I also did pretty well on SAT II's. Should I send only ACT, or both?

ACT: 36 (36, 36, 36, 35, 10 writing)

SAT:
1st time ----2270 (800cr, 790m, 680w bcuz of 6 essay)
2nd time----2190 (750cr, 750m, 690w 8 essay)
SAT II: 800mII, 790chem, 770bio

What's ironic is that I posted on this a while back asking if I should retake my 2270 for a better writing score. Most of ya'll replied no. However, I was really cocky thinking I could easily ace CR and M again and improve lots on writing no problem and so I didn't study--bad decision on my part. So I lost 80 pts on SAT which probably means I'm getting dumber :(

So should I submit those SAT's?

Also, what is your guys opinions on SAT vs. ACT? I like the ACT better because it's a shorter test and the essay is at the end where as the SAT is a marathon and the essay is at the beginning when I'm dead tired in the morning before I've gotten a chance to wake up.

Well, they're going to see your SAT scores because you're submitting SAT II scores, but put your ACT score on the application. They always consider the highest anyway.

I like the ACT better too, because the SAT is just plain dumb. I don't mind an essay at the beginning, though. I love to write and it wakes up my brain. Reading boring passages puts me to sleep. I only skim them!

hey, thanks for the reply!

Most of my schools don't require SAT II's so I don't have to send SAT at all.

Also, do you have to self-report all of the scores that show up on your SAT score report? Because I wouldn't want to self-report that retake score.
