On my june sat i got 730M 760WR and 620 CR, on my october SAT I got 630 CR 710M and 680WR(I had a bad day) However, the sat suggests that I send both scores, as my CR is higher on the october sat. Will they punish me for the lower math and writing on that one? Is there really a difference between 620 and 630? Should I send both or just one?

PS: Im really stressing right now, i applied to like ivy league schools etc, but my scores are not high enough AAAAAH

The difference in your CR is too small to have a significant positive effect. I would say you shouldn’t send it in, since it may hurt. The adcoms could see your weaker scores when you submit. But it won’t have that big of an impact.
Of course, the best alternative is to retake and score well on all sections. For now, use score choice for that one score, retake the sat, and if you get a higher score in jan, then send it in asap.
