I am planning to apply to university of maryland and clemson university. But I was wondering if I should apply now or after the second semester. The deadlines for their applications arent until july 1st so I could sent all the stuff now and send in my first and second semester transcripts around mid may when the semester ends. But I was wondering If it would be better for me to apply now for the early application date on march 1st, but my 1st semester grades arent so good, or wait until after the second semster and apply for the regular deadline with better grades.

Go ahead and send them your Application/etc.

Some school have rolling admissions and will be able to get back to you quickly.

sent it in now if you are done

common wisdom when it comes to applications is that the earlier, the better.

Im just thinking that after the second semester my gpa might be alot better and I might have a better chance than with only my first semester grades but I guess earlier is better.

Thought that only applies to rolling... or does it?
