I'm a junior and so far I've taken the SAT twice,
1st time: got a 2090 CR:650 M&W:720 each
2nd time: got a 2190 CR:740 M: 720 W: 730

Should I send both scores( this is for future reference) , or just the second one. What do you guys think and why?

don’t think it’ll matter either way. You only improved by about 3 or 4 questions…

should I retake? I mainly improved in CR, but ya I’m always getting the 90s, haha I wish my score bumped up to 2200-sounds so much better.

Just send the second. It’s higher in all sections.

would it look bad if I sent both?

Not particularly. But WHY would you do so? Unless the college specifically hates score choice, there’s no reason to.

some people say " oh, show that you took it twice to display your effort/ show that you care" - idk?

That’s just stupid. Colleges don’t want to see how much “effort” you put into the SAT. In fact, they discourage putting much effort into it. It’s meant to be a test of your aptitude—just send the best scores.

Ok, thanks for the advice. makes sense. When I do send them, I’ll just send the second time. :)
