<p>It has to be sent with the app. You could probably submit it in the supplemental materials section. I would call Princeton though and ask them...just to be sure. ; )</p>

<p>I would say you can submit it anytime after because it's a supplement.
Though it's obviously better to send it as early as possible, lots of people continue to send supplementals after the deadline</p>
