Turn in both. There is no harm in turning in both.

Why are you asking this question? These scores are fine, I don't see your dilema at all

i'm out of state so a 2100 is low (ppl recommend a 2200)... the 33 translates to a 2200

Your SAT is low by about 60 points. The admission committee is not going to reject you over a few points.

Also your ACT-SAT score conversion is unsound. Multiplying your ACT score with the ratio of the max SAT score to the max ACT score is does not convert your ACT score to an SAT score. They are on different scales. The ACT goes from 1-36 in increments of one while the SAT goes from 600-2400 in increments of ten. You have to compensate the ACT for the "extra points" that the SAT gives. I can't figure how to do that yet but I'll work on it.

that's how they do it at yale and penn (convert ACT to SAT) and then judge... http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=217344 (Post 4 and 5)

ACT/SAT converter

anyway.. "Dean J" was very helpful and told me to submit both since the admission's committee will "not look" at my SAT score... thanks for all your help
