Send in perfect TOEFL scores?

I'm an international student that lives in the US, and all the US colleges I am applying to do not require the TOEFL test because I scored higher than 650 on CR on the SATS.
I took them anyway because some foreign institutions I wanted to apply to required them. I got a 120/120. Even though US colleges don't require them, should I still send them in? Will they help me in admissions? Or will my 2390 be enough to prove my english skills? I would just send them in, but $18 per score report is a lot of money... is it worth it?

“is it worth it?”

Really? Take the money and donate it to the Red Cross assistance to the storm victims. Your course of action is frankly, nuts.

sending a 120 would be nice but its unnecessary giving your perfect SAT score.
