send in resume? cd?

done with my apps! sent it online just minutes ago. however, the awards and stuff didn't have enough spaces for some of the small stuff i received. they add up to alot.

will it make a difference if i send in the resume?
if i do, what should i label it with, my name and address?
should the format be a headline and bullets or just headline?
and how many pages?
does it make a difference to send a cd? im still not reallysure since it didn't record me at my best and the dynamics are pretty much crap

thanks anyone!

A resume helps as long as it doesn't look like a laundry list or padding. It shouldn't be any longer than 1.5 pages or so. You can make the format what you like; I wrote a little description about each activity and my part in it.

As for the cd, I believe all arts supplements needed to be sent by December 19.

My D sent her dance CD in late. It was OK. If it shows talent you should send it.

send the resume, i sent one and got accepted, i didnt list many activities just described them with more details than i could of on the app, limit it to less than 2 pages, and use whatever format you like, good luck

ehh i found out they wanted a bach, 1 classical, and 1 romantic/contemporary. as i study scarlatti, it would be useless to learn a song now and send it in ... today lol. besides the deadline was 2 weeks ago. ands its optional right?
