Send in transcripts to CSU's now?? Need Help

So i applied to 7 different CSU's (Cal Poly, Long Beach, SDSU, SJSU, SFSU, Fullerton, and Chico). I got accepted into SFSU even without sending any transcripts (or at least I got what I think was an acceptance letter in the mail, it was only one page i believe), but I've only had requests to send transcripts to Long Beach and Chico.

I sent transcripts to them but reading the forum here I've seen people who have been accepted at SDSU and other CSU's. Am I supposed to wait until these schools request my transcripts or do I need to send my transcripts in now? I don't want to get rejected because I forgot to send transcripts, I hope I haven't already missed the boat... If I don't need to send transcripts now, when will they request them and when will I hear if I got accepted to these schools?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Oh also, I’m not sure if it matters for this but I’m transferring from a community college in California and I have a 3.2 GPA. I will be a junior next year.

This is off of the Cal Poly web site:

Transfer applicants will:

Choose a major to declare on the application since Cal Poly requires applicants to declare a major on the application for admission consideration. Applicants must thoroughly educate themselves on their intended major’s offerings and requirements for degree completion prior to submitting an application for admission (major changes are not allowed after an applicant has been selected). Applicants should explore their intended major through:

Review the selection criteria for your intended major prior to submitting an application for admission consideration since applicants compete to be selected against other applicants for the same major.

Submit the application by the Nov 30th deadline because late applications are not accepted. New transfer applications are only accepted for the next Fall Quarter (apply between Oct 1 - Nov 30). For deadline information, you can also link here.
For applicants offered admission:
An offer of admission from Cal Poly is conditional pending verification of the self-reported information submitted on your application, meeting university standards of admission, and fulfilling Admissions requirements of the California State University (CSU) system. Admitted applicants are required to:
Submit official transcripts (including current Work In Progress) from all colleges and universities attended when requested.
Accept online Cal Poly’s offer of admission by the May 1st deadline.
Maintain good standing at the last college or university attended and in the last term attended.
Complete, with a grade of “C” or better, all courses listed as “in progress” or “planned” on the application for admission AND all CSU and Cal Poly program required coursework (a grade of “C-” does not fulfill admission requirements at Cal Poly) by the end of the preceeding Spring Term.
Applicants unable to meet the above requirements will have their offer of admission rescinded.

I know thats only poly so it doesn’t fully answer your question but hopefully its helpful. Good luck!
