I was wondering whether it's possible to send more than two subject tests to MIT. I'm aware that the application only requires us to list two, but is it common or at all advantageous to list more than that?

I've sent 800s in Math and Physics and am wondering if it's at all beneficial to send a 720 in chem on top of that (which isn't an amazing score by MIT standards, but might help).

i don’t know that it’s advantageous, but I took 3 subject tests (Math, Lit, and Chem) and just sent all three when I opted to send all my scores. I doubt they really looked at them, but since it doesn’t cost any more to send all your scores, why not? It certainly can’t hurt.

I think the score is just a way for them to evaluate applicant’s real intellectual ability. A 720 in Chem doesn’t hurt much, unless you won some big prize in Chemistry at your school (they might cast doubt), so why not? (but if it is a matter of finance, then don’t; you have already submitted all you ask for).
