Send only ACT or both ACT, SAT?

D22 has a 32 ACT and 1400 SAT. The math scores are dead even according to the concordance charts, but English is higher for ACT. It seems like a no-brainer to only send ACT to schools. However, in some schools’ common data sets, it looks like the 32 is right at the top of the 50th percentile, but the 1400 is above the 50th percentile. In this case, would you send both?

Related question: if she includes both scores in the CommonApp, and says each school should consider her scores, wouldn’t all the schools see both scores anyway?

Not sure I can edit the above post, but wanted to clarify that the 32 is at the 75th percentile mark and the 1400 is above that 75th percentile mark (i.e. within the top 25%)
