I am applying to Schreyer Honors College, and I was wondering if I should send my SAT subject test scores.

It wouldn't be hard to send them along with my SAT score, but will it help my admissions chances, or will the admissions officers not even look at them?

I would send them if they are good >700. The scholarship selection process in the academic colleges do look at SAT scores, including subject tests.

Unless protocols have changed in the last year, the admission folks at Schreyer do not see SAT or ACT scores during the decision process. Supposedly, the scores are hidden during the SHC review. SAT and/or ACT test results are needed for admission to PSU in general, but Penn State does not require subject tests.

Not exactly true. The faculty readers who evaluate the essays, activities, letters and transcripts are not provided the SAT scores. The faculty readers just contribute one component of the evaluation. Another component, evaluation of the transcript, is conducted by admissions officials independently. They have access to the SAT scores. I believe them that they don’t use the scores as part of the regular process. However, logic dictates that they might in unusual circumstances- bubble cases or other situations where it might shed light on an odd situation. Personally, I think they should use the scores. I think they could increase their ranking a few spots if they did.
