Send scores from..ACT or SAT??

I have 2200 SAT
V:680 M: 800 W: 720 writing subscore 11/12

and 30 on ACT

English:31 Math:36 Reading:28 Science:27 and do not know my writing sub.

I am not sure if I should send my ACT score or not..
according to conversion table, 30 ACt is about 1370 on SAT
but if I look at the admissions statistics released by the colleges to which I'm applying, my ACT scores falls in the middle or above

My schools include Claremonk McK, Brown, Columbia, Kenyon etc..

Even though my math scores are higher than my verbal/English,
I'm a social science/economics person.
My SAT verbal is sort of in the middle(most schools have 650-750 in 25%-75% range)
but ACT English is pretty good relatively;most schools have 27-32
Again, my ACT reading section isn't that great.

What should I do??

Thanks.

i would say no because ur math is 800 so the 36 in math wont help much more and the high 20's might hurt u

but if it is in the middle range i guess it really cant hurt can it?

That's a 30.5 = 31 on the ACT.

We've got similar scores on both the SAT and ACT (same on the reading and science), and I've sent both scores. I don't see how it can hurt. Schools will pick which ever one will help you more, and neither will hurt you!

Well, I think that the 2200 SAT is better than the 30 ACT. According to the Princeton Review's score conversion chart, a 30 is approximately a 1980.
