Could anyone please tell me when should I send my SAT scoresto the colleges I'm applying to? Should I send it before I send my application(since it will take a while to get there) or along with my application? Thanks a lot for helping.

I am assuming you have already taken the exams and are referring to paying the $9 or whatever it is to send the scores...if you are not, then totally disregard this. FIRST, check to see if the schools want the scores sent, or if the scores on your transcript are adequate (if the transcript is okay, it'll save you a little bit of $). Most schools don't need the scores until after they have received all of your material. However, it takes seveal weeks for the school to get your scores after reporting them from the College Board. If you are planning on sending your application in on say, November 31, then plan to report your scores the middle of November, and then they will get to the school around the same time, or shortly after your application. Either way, the school isn't going to penalize you, unless you don't send them until say, months after you send your app. Then they won't be happy :)

Thanks czechitout!
If I am planning to send my application in early October, can I send my scores to the college now(I hate to procrastinate).

you can send the scores ahead of time.

You can send them as early as you want.

I'm planning on sending them sometime next week or the week after...yeah there's no reason you can't send them now.

Follow a "tiered approach" when sending scores. Send them to the least selective colleges on your list the first time you take the SAT. Then, the next time you take the SAT or take SATIIs, send them to the more selective colleges on your list.
