Sending a missing material

Applying to College Common and Coalition Application

I have submitted most materials through the Common Application, but I didn’t a midyear report.
I want to send it by asking my counselor.

Is my counselor able to send my mid year report to each college through the Common Application, even though I’ve already submitted other materials?
or do I have to directly send it to each college?

Usually the gc sends it automatically to the schools in question. You ususlly dont have to ask

I got mentioned from colleges that they are missing my midyear reports.
This happened because I’m an international applicant and my school counselor doesn’t fully understand about the application process.
