Sending ACT Scores Fee Waiver?

I know you guys probably hear this a lot and I think I might already know the answer, but it is worth a shot. Is there any way around paying the ACT fee for sending scores? I received application fee waivers for all of my colleges and am eligible for an ACT fee waiver, but sending all of the ACT scores is going to amount to a rather hefty sum for me. I’d appreciate any help.

Williams College states that you can just take a screenshot of your scores and email it to admissions. Do you think that is something I can get away with for most schools?
