<p>Is it detrimental for me to only send my ACT scores and not my SAT scores to colleges? I did poorly on SATs and well on ACTs. </p>

<p>It depends on where you are going, although for most schools, either are accepted. Send your ACT scores in.</p>
<p>No, it isn't detrimental. It is clearly better to send a better score! The only school I know of that doesn't accept the ACT at this point is Harvey Mudd.</p>
<p>A few schools require SAT IIs in addition to the ACT. If you apply to one or more of them, they will see your SAT I also.</p>
