I have applied to a few campuses of the CSU (California State University) System, and according to csumentor.edu (the official website of the CSU system), it says:

ACT
If you have listed a CSU campus as an ACT score report recipient, you can use the ACT Scores Manager to release your score to additional campuses. Before you can use the ACT Scores Manager, you must first have arranged for your scores to be sent to a CSU campus.
If you have not yet arranged for your ACT scores to be sent to a CSU campus, you can learn how to request this at ACT Score Information: Send Your Scores to Others.

I sent my ACT score to California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) on November 8, 2010. On the cart, it listed this score as being sent electronically. I am wondering when my ACT score will arrive at the ACT Score Manager on csumentor.edu. I have heard that it can take as long as four weeks, but as the deadline for sending test scores is January 25, 2011, I am growing anxious and I don't want it to be too late before I find out that something went wrong. Did I do something wrong by any chance? Does anybody know how long it usually takes for ACT scores to appear on the ACT Score Manager? Has anybody else sent their ACT score to CSU???

Hey I had the exact same issue!!! I sent my scores on November21 I think (I checked my digital receipt and made sure that I sent it to a CSU that I was applying to). I went to the score manager and then it had my name and address filled out and stuff and I pressed retrieve scores, but had absolutely no luck! I did this for like a week or so and began to worry! I went back to the ACT website and looked at the Manage Profile Link or Account link (something along the lines) and then it had my information and it had my ACT Number. I decided to put my ACT number in (its something like -XXXXXXXX , you need the dash) and then tried clicking it again. It didn’t work at first, but I changed DRIVE on my address to DR as shown on my ACT report, and it worked. Try doing it, hopefully it helps!!! I was panicking too!

omg, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
i can’t believe i had overlooked something so stupid like that, lol, there must have been a reason why they kept asking me to “update my information,” they needed it to match…
ur a lifesaver :)

Wow, bumping this thread because this literally did save my life after spending WEEKS worrying about this! Changed “street” to “ST” and it worked.

I’m so sorry to comment because this thread is so old but this has helped me a lot! I had put “Ct.” on my csumentor account but on my ACT account it was only “Ct” (no period) and I was really stressed about the scores not showing up these past few weeks but this thread has helped a lot so thanks!!
Accuracy is everything i guess haha
