Sending ACT scores

Boston College requires SAT or ACT test with writing and 2 SATii tests right?

What if I send ACT score, not SAT,
then do I need to send 2 SAT ii scores with ACT? is this possible?

or do i just send ACT score ?

This is from the BC website:

"Students have two options through which to complete the standardized testing requirement for admission to Boston College.

* The first option is for the applicant to complete the SAT I test and two SAT Subject Tests of the student's choice, both administered by the College Entrance Examination Board. For the SAT Subject Tests, students are encouraged to choose two exams in subjects they have enjoyed and highlight their particular academic strengths.
* As a second option, in place of both the SAT I and SAT Subject Tests, applicants may take the American College Test (ACT). Students who choose this option MUST also take the optional ACT Writing examination."

So you can send them just the ACT score -- as long as it includes the writing section -- without any SAT subject tests (SAT IIs). You only need to send SAT subject tests if you send the SAT reasoning test and not the ACT.

I took the ACT in april, before I knew that I was applying to BC. Is it enough to just list my scores on the common app or do I have to pay to get them sent?

You'll have to contact ACT and have them send the scores directly to BC, since BC will only accept an official score report. You'll have to pay $8.50 for the report.
