Sending ACT scores

I took the ACT without writing in April and got a 29. I wasn't expecting much because i was really sick that day and felt like I didn't do very well. Right now I'm kicking myself for not taking it with the writing, but i just wanted to see how i would do and see if the test was worth retaking. I did better on it than the SAT so i retook it in June with the writing and got a 28 (writing score of 32!). Now I'm kicking myself for thinking that I didn't need to prepare and for taking it the day after school ended and when all these grad parties were going on. gjdfhasiofdjsu

Sooo my question is, should i send both of my scores to colleges opposed to just sending the 28 (with writing)? It's a one point difference, but i think it matters quite a bit. I can't send just the score with 29 since most of the schools i'm looking at require (or recommend) the ACT with writing.

the schools i'm really concentrating on are Pomona (reeeeeeeeeach), Davidson, Lehigh, Dickinson, Ursinus, and Lewis&Clark.

maybe i should just take it a third time since i think i can do a lot better...

I recommend taking it a third time. My son didn't want to the writing portion, but most schools want to see it. They may not use it, but they want you to submit it.
