sending additional essays

Do you guys think that I can send an additional essay that describes more about me??
Do you think it will help me? or it is ok?

It is only okay for some colleges. To give an answer, we'd have to know where you are talking about. :)

Not knowing where you applied, I would be pretty firmly in the "better not" camp. I won't say that there aren't any, but I personally have yet to hear of a college that wants way more info than they ask for. At best they will be annoyed but read it. At worst they will not read it and be p.o'ed about it. If you really, really want to do this, then I would suggest sending the essay in lieu of another required essay, as in "I would like you to consider this my new essay". I would only do that if I was deferred, though--otherwise, they would probably think "Our deadline was 6 weeks ago. Should have done the essay for then". Sorry if that sounds rough, but you don't want to annoy the adcoms!!

Personallly, I'd feel like it's a strange thing to do, as though you feel like you're never done and don't know when a deadline is/was.
I'd imagine someone who's a bit nervous and insecure, who'd hand in more papers to professors after they were due, or resend corrections.
I feel like any advantage you'd get from adding positive info in a new essay would be more than offset by a negative memory that you didn't have it together the first time.
If you just can't resist doing it, however, I'd go with Advantagious' approach to substitute an essay.
Otherwise, it's kind of unfair to others. You're "snowing" the committee. Why shouldn't "everyone" get a chance to send in more stuff. There's a process to respect.
