Sending additional scores after deadline.

Hey. I am, an International, high school senior highly confused at this moment.
I took the SAT for the first time in my junior year, scoring a 1930. I then retook it in October, senior year, pulling it to a 2150. I took the Subject tests in November, scored a 2330 and sent my scores (2150 and 2330) to Harvard. I had already applied by the deadline. My application is complete and I am awaiting decision.
However, I have a question regarding regular admissions. I still think I can improve my score by a good 100 points at least if I sit the January exam. What exactly should I do?
Should I send in my applications with the 2150 score and mention that I am retaking the test? Would the admission committees just evaluate my file based on the 2150 score? Or should I just send in my Subject test scores and send in the January scores when they are made available?

Also, there is an everpresent chance obviously that my score might not improve. (Bad day?) In that case I might just send the 2150. Would that look bad?

P.S I have registered for the December Test. I will not be taking it. Instead I will be postponing it to January.
