Sending all Tests vs Score Choice

I am sure there is a thread here somewhere on this topic, but
I can’t find it.

Does anyone have a list of which top 30 USNWR (or similar list) Unis requires all SATs to be sent to the schools vs schools that allow score choice? Off the top of my head, I remember Penn, Tufts, and the UCs requiring all tests, but are there others? Also, how do those schools handle SAT Subject Tests? What if a hypothetical student had 2 mediocre Subject Tests Sophomore year, but 3 excellent
Scores (including one retaken subject)
Junior year?

Thanks, Londondad

Look at post #4 here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-act-tests-test-preparation/1857983-submitting-sat-or-act-required-to-submit-all-of-both-or-just-all-of-one.html

But schools do change their rules sometimes.

Absolutely. That was a complete list as of Feb 2016. Always check the school web sites for the latest info.

Thanks everyone!

That list that I posted in Feb in the link above is still good for now. You should check colleges in which you are interested in July through mid-September for changes if applying in the fall as that is when changes are likley to be made. SAT’s score choice went into effect with the March 2009 test and at that time there was an initial flurry of pissed-off colleges that adopted all scores rules. Since then, some of those colleges, such as Columbia, USC, and Pomona have dropped the all scores rule they initially adopted and now accept score choice. Yale, Penn and the UCs have modified their applicable rules by dropping a requirement to send all subject test scores. And since March 2009, after that initial flurry, there has been only one college, Duke, which initially did not adopt an all scores rule in 2009, that has adopted an all scores rule, which Duke adopted in 2015.
