When I called to have my AP scores sent to Berkeley, the automated phone operator only mentioned the exams I had taken this year. It said something along the lines of "These are all the scores that will be reported on your score report. Are any scores missing?" Are they asking me if there are any scores missing from this year? or are they asking if those were all the exams I had taken throughout my high school career? l sent the scores assuming that my school report would include all of my exams from previous years though not stating it directly.

If you requested to send your scores by phone, did the automatic phone operator announce each of your scores even those from previous years?

You need to call and speak to a live person. It seems to be relatively common (it happened to my D) that AP scores from prior years are erroneously not added to the overall AP report because of minor differences in the bubbling. For example, I was told today that my Ds score report did not include all of her scores (2009 was missing) simply because this time she decided to add her middle initial. Everything else was the same, but somehow they couldn’t see that she was the same person who took AP courses last year.

Thanks for the response, but is your scenario the same as mine? I called CB to send a score report but they only mentioned the exams I had taken this year. However, I thought it was implied that they would also send those of the previous years. After having made such an assumption, I am now having doubts that all my scores were actually sent.

The reason I think my response is relevant to you is when I called CB yesterday, I was told that all scores should always be on the report. It isn’t possible to send just one report for each year unless you have canceled your scores for some reason. So, when I started to ask about my Ds 2009 scores not being on the report we just received, she said immediately, “Oh! I’ll fix that right away. All scores should have shown up on the report.” She also made a note that she will immediately contact the high school to inform them that a mistake was made. (My Ds high school lists the AP results on the transcript).

I agree that dignified1’s answer is relevant.

My son had scores missing from a previous year, when we called it turned out to be a case of him using or not using his middle initial on subsequent exam, CollegeBoard will generate a different student account when that happens.

The fact that only one year’s exam was mentioned would cause me concern, too. I would talk to a live person to confirm that all your tests are under the same account number.
