Sending AP scores to colleges...how do I do it?

I'm a senior who has already been admitted into a college. However, it is a conditional admit, as I must get a 3 or higher on one of my AP exams. I have to send me final transcript and my AP scores to the college by July 16th.

How would I do this though? Don't scores come out like mid july, and then it takes another week for a score to be sent? Wouldn't I miss the deadline?

If I remember correctly, there was a place to put the code for my college on the AP exam. If I put my institution's code on there, will the score get sent early? I know they're usually graded about a week earlier than when they are sent out by mail, but you have to call and pay collegeboard to get them early.

Also...I think my scores from AP tests I took sophomore and junior year didn't get linked to the same account. How would I fix this?

Thanks

Pick up the phone, call the CollegeBoard, and ask the folks at their help line all of these questions. They will tell you how to verify that all of your old exams are linked into one account.

You also can call the college itself, and ask the admissions counselor in charge of your file about these issues. They can help you too.
