I know that I had sent my AP scores from this year to Edinburgh through College Board, as CB has a record of sending them. However, I haven’t gotten any indication that Edinburgh has received them. This is concerning because my acceptance was conditional based on those scores. I tried emailing a couple days ago but I haven’t gotten any response. Any advice on what to do?
UK scores just came out a couple of days ago, so the UK unis are swamped. You should be hearing shortly. Also, you can keep an eye on UCAS- your status will be updated there as well.
Just log on to UCAS track and it will tell you if your place is confirmed. Half a million students got their exam results on Thursday. You’re not top of the enquiry list at the moment.
I was only wondering because my scores had been sent long before results for UK students were released. I’m just worried because I need a CAS so I can apply for my visa, and I only have about three weeks left to do that.
Have you checked UCAS? your status should have changed by now. If UCAS has not updated your status, phone Edinburgh- start with the Admissions office (+44 (0)131 650 4360) or the International office (+44 (0) 131 650 4296).
