sending ap scores, very confused

Hey everyone. My gf got a letter from Irvine the other day saying that she still needed to send in her official AP Scores. While Senior year she listed UC Irvine as one of the schools the scores would be sent to, junior and sophomore year she didn't.

Uc Irvine needs the scores by July 15 and we can't figure out how to send the AP scores from sophomore and junior year to Irvine through collegeboard. So far, all that seems capable of sending her scores is calling their phone number, however, that doesn't activate until July 4th.

What should we do?????

Thanks!

the report is going to be accumlative so they will report all the exams that you have taken in the past 4 years. for senior year, i put irvine as my college for ap scores but i didn't do it sophomre/junior years. so i called collegeboard and they told me that the report thats coming out in july will include all the exams that i took. So dont' worry about it. i think you will be fine. But you can still call collegeboard and make sure that you put irvine as your college and they have it on file. I called and made sure that irvine is on my file.

How do they know to accumulate the past test scores with this year's tests score? Using the address? name? Because I moved so I put a different address this year. Also, social security number was optional so I didn't put it (didn't know it).

i don't know how they would accumulate your past test scores. i think you should call collegeboard to make sure that the report thats comming out includes all the exams, even the ones you took before you moved.

Hi liberty. See page 10 on this pdf from the college board. It's 2007-08, but it is still a link on the college board ap section site.

It says each grade report is cumulative - includes grades from every AP exam taken.

There's a phone number listed for AP Grade Reporting Services, and you just need to call to order additional reports. Good luick.

Good luck.

i called and they said that they can be sent anytime in july. do you guys think they will send them after july 15

It was my understanding that only your transcript must be sent by July 15th. You bring your AP scores to your SPOP session.

And, yes, the report is cumulative.

according to this

UC Irvine - Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools

"Final official transcripts and test scores are due in the Office of Admissions by July 15, 2008."

If you have the College Board send the scores officially and bring your copies of scores to SPOP, you should be okay. That worked for IB scores (also due on July 15), which weren't released before early July. There's a lot of adjusting of class schedules in Welcome Week and the first week of classes.

but what aboput the scores for 2008 tests though

Jennifer:
I may be wrong, but I took "test scores" to mean the SATs we reported on our application.

I think the instructions for the SPOP session list "AP Scores" under "What to Bring."

agian though what about the 2008 scores

ah, i thought you might've been correct but then i did more digging:

if you view the New Student Handbook: 2008 Edition

click online personal checklist and log in. under july, it says:

Submit final transcripts and test scores [help]
High school and/or college transcripts, as well as all official test scores such as SAT, ACT, SAT II, AP, IB must be sent to the Admissions Office. All documents must be received by July 15, 2008. Documents should be sent to:

UCI Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools
204 Aldrich Hall
Irvine, CA 92697-1075

yeah, i think you are supposed to send in everything including transcript, ap exams by July 15th. I don't know if everything will be sent in on time.. do they penalize you if the documents are sent in late, even if its not your fault?
