Sending AP Scores

I have already taken 3 APs

Psychology 5
Computer Science 4
English 2

Collegeboard does not have score choice for APs, and I do not want the admission officers to see my bad English score since I am repeating the AP this year anyway. So I just self reported the psychology and the CS. Is this enough? Or do colleges require me to send the AP scores through the College board?

No college requires AP scores for purpose of determining admission. You can self-report whichever ones you want.

There are actually a few schools that would use AP scores or SAT2 scores in place of SAT1/ACT scores for admission purpose. On the other hand, there are some schools like Harvard that would look at your AP scores just like additional SAT2 scores. Nevertheless, it would not carry much weight in the admission process. In most cases, you do not need to submit AP scores for college application unless they request.

Thank you, I am speaking about Cornell in particular.

Cornell like a number of other high ranked colleges will give some consideration to AP scores if provided but does not require them to be submitted and its rule requiring that you submit all test scores that is applicable to SAT and subject tests does not apply to AP scores.
