Sending AP Scores

Hi,

I was looking through all of my application checklist and found out that most of the colleges that I applied to does not have any requirement for APs. But I do have 3 scores that I would like to report and exchange into college credits. Should I submit my AP scores now or wait until July of 2017 to send every test scores that I have?

I have already submitted my app for ED school, so even if I submit my AP Scores now, am I too late?

Thank you

@tiffym - AP scores are used only for college credit - not for admission decisions. You will be required to send it to the registrar after you decide to join a particular college. Don’t spend money sending to admissions office - apparently Collegeboard does not send it to the admissions office.

@MedSciBud: “…apparently Collegeboard does not send it to the admissions office.”

To whom do they send it?.

@Waiting2exhale - they send it only to the registrar - not to the AO

Correct. Self-report the scores, but just send the score report to the college you will be attending.

@MedSciBud thank you! If I self-reported AP score in common app, I will be okay? Right?

@tiffym - yes - CA is where you self-report scores.
