I know this has been a million times...but

Do colleges prefer to see AP Scores? Do most people send in their scores and does not sending in a score look bad?

AP scores are self-reported. They are only sent to the school you will be attending.

If your scores ar 4's or 5's it won't hurt to send them, and may help. Below 4 I wouldn't send them.

As far as I know, AP scores are not used for admission purposes; they are only used for class credits in college. There is no penalty for failing an AP test, so it wouldn't hurt to send them anyway.

Wait...so colleges don't care if you take like 4 APs your junior year and don;t send the scores for admissions.

But if you do send them you can not send some of your scores right? (This will be for a class that was not actually AP...so colleges won't see AP class-No AP Test).

I am asking this because I am currently in 3 APs and will take 3-4 next year. 2/3 of my AP I think I did fine, but on my Spanish AP I think I got a 1/2 (and to make it worse I have an A- in the class, which looks like inflation.) However, my school has a policy where I can decide to change the class I have been taking from AP to IV (only I would have done harder work for a lower class). And then I could just take the AP next year, without fear of being judged by colleges. Should I or should I not lower my class level, or should I just keep the score and send/not send it. Thanks
