<p>Would it be late to send all my applications on the second week of december for RD? I heard the earlier u send it the better since the spots are being filled everyday. Also, since its the holiday season wouldn't it take a bit longer than usual to send application on a regular mail?
Is there an optimum date u should be sending or a date that u should consider as being kind of late?</p>
