so I just filled out my AP pre-test information and there was a box that allowed me to send my test scores of this session. Does that mean that collegeboard will also send my previous scores?

CollegeBoard sends the scores of all the APs you’ve ever taken. I suppose if you only want certain test scores sent you may be able to do that, but I’m not sure. Otherwise, they’re all sent- even if they’re from previous years.

According to College Board:

AP Score Reports are sent in July to the college or university you designated on your answer sheet, to you, and to your high school. Each report is cumulative and includes scores for all the AP Exams you have ever taken, unless you have requested that one or more scores be withheld from a college or canceled.
