Sending current scores before I see my next score

Hey all,

Current applicant to HYP.
While I do have good SAT II scores (five 800’s in fact), my SAT I score is only 2240, and I know I can do much better.

Fact of the matter is, I’m taking the January SAT I, but (given how SAT scores can vary) I’m scared I might turn out to do worse than my current scores.

Would I be able to send these colleges a score report of my current scores now, then wait until after I see my January scores to see if I want to send them again?

the SAT’s system works so that you choose your best scores to send to college, it doesn’t matter if you do worse the second time

I wouldn’t be too worried about sending a 2240 SAT score to colleges. If you do better, great, but don’t characterize that score as low. Congrats of your high scores, all of them, but please chill.

I can’t choose though… Yale wants all scores…
