I realize that SAT scores only get processed during business days. I'm assuming CollegeBoard won't be working on anything during Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

I'm taking 3 subject tests on December 5th. Some of the colleges I'm applying to want SAT and SAT II score reports by 1/1/10. If I regularly reported my scores (not priority) will they be received by my colleges in time?

Thanks in advance.

Check with the college to see if they’ll accept December SATs, or email them. If they do, they’ll understand that it’s out of your control for collegeboard to process and send the scores, and are generally lenient with receiving them late. I assume that with the test so early as the 5th, scores should be done before Christmas.

Thanks, I’ll definitely do that tomorrow. It’s just that I looked at how the college receives it, and for one of mine it said they receive them by mail which means it takes longer. Electronically it would be in their hands on December 22, but they don’t have an option to receive it that way.

I think for that one college though, just to be safe, I’ll just pay an extra $4 and send it to them priority. Thank you!
