How does ND send decisions? Do all applicants get accept/waitlist/deny letters or just accepted students?
They send them online, but I have the same question as you because I have not received any portal login info. I received a confirmation email a few days ago, but no link to the portal 
And yes all students receive a decision (accept, reject, or defer)

@as1799 They announce it online in the portal, but I believe only those that are accepted will get an actual letter via snail mail.
I do believe if accepted you will initially get a phone call, followed up with all the details in a packet form. If reject/defer just a letter in the mail
ND will usually release decisions for EA in mid to late December via an online portal that you will get info about closer to the release date. Only those students that are accepted will receive a mailing. Student admissions workers will make phone calls, but only after decisions are released.
