Sending each part of application separately

<p>I gave teacher recommendation forms to my teachers a long time ago (just to give them ample time to fill them out). However, I have not yet filled out Part I of the application (and have not payed my application fee). What happens if they receive the teacher recommendations before the application fee? Will they still keep it in storage somewhere until they receive it?</p>

<p>It should be fine, but if you are applying for sure, it is a good idea to fill out part I and pay the fee.</p>

<p>I had the same problem. When I visited Stanford last week, I asked the guy in charge of filing applications himself, and he said that it's fine. They won't throw them away.</p>

<p>BUT don't take my word for it, call them yourself and ask. You never know maybe I heard wrong.</p>
