Sending Early Action test scores mid-October, what schools have strict deadlines?

Well, the days crept up on my and now it’s October 16. I sent 4 ACT and 5 or so SAT scores when I took the tests months ago, but I just sent the tests to the rest of my schools today. I’m applying early action to many of these, so I got really worried when I realized scores take 2 weeks which is right next to the deadline. However, I’ve read some posts on here (http://www.collegeconfidential.com/dean/can-i-send-test-scores-after-the-early-decision-deadline/) that said colleges are generally lenient as long as you send the scores somewhat close to November 1st. The post says, “Most (but not all) colleges allow some wiggle room of up to about three weeks. For instance, if the ED deadline is November 1, the majority of colleges will accept November test scores, even though these won’t roll in until around Thanksgiving.” (I did take the test last March though, not sure if that changes this because it’s not a November test)
I’m sending these (relatively) late scores to CWRU, RIT, RPI, WPI, USC, Harvey Mudd, and Drexel. Are any of these schools strict on the deadlines? If so, what should I do about it? Ask my counselor to send scores until the others arrive?
