I know it's too late now, but at the end of February I sent snail mail to Princeton about this major state competition I won and got money for.

Does anyone here know how the office handles such "additional information?" I hope they don't just throw it away.

i sent my update in by email on march 1st and got a confirmation that it was added to my file for review on march 9th.

I applied ED and my app wasn't 'complete' until about a week before the letters were mailed. Don't stress...they review right up until the last minute...and i'm sure they don't just throw away additional info. I mean, they understand that people win awards and accomplish things during the year...and they wouldn't just disregard those accomplishments because they weren't mailed in on the correct date.
