Sending Essay #1

So I'm thinking of doing a random piece of painted/sketched artwork for the first essay. It's probably going to be on some sort of canvas that's going to be too big to send in an envelope along with the rest of my registration materials.

If I UPS it seperately, what information do I need to put with it to ensure that it gets put with my files?

When I applied two years ago, I included my full, legal name, my high school and my social security number on every piece of my application - essays, resume, recommendations etc. I think lots of schools are telling people to not put their social's anymore for privacy reasons and even two years ago, some schools like Texas and Cal gave out application ID numbers to use instead. Daniel can probably tell you what to include to make life easier for the admissions operations people

Yeah, I'm a bit reluctant to put my social security number anywhere... -_-;

I'm thinking first and last name (obviously), school, and address?

Also, another question. I'm probably going to do this in an art class for a project. If my teacher forgets to not mark on it, would you guys care if there's a grade and evaluation of the work on the back?

You will want to include the following:

Full name as it appears on your application
Birth date
Home address
High School
(we do not use SS# to track applications)

No problem if there is a graded evaluation on the project.

Thank you. :)
